Scheduling Policies

Pre-appointment details

1. Do not wear any strong perfumes, powder, deodorant, hairspray, aftershave, or any other strong smells that other clients could be allergic to.

2. No smoking is allowed before treatment. Shower before treatment and no shower for 6 hours after treatment.

3. Wear minimum jewelry and clothes without any jewels, metals, plastics, etc.

4. Turn off your cell phone while in the treatment room.

5. Always eat and drink water before you come for treatment.

6. Wash hands upon arrival before treatment.

Cancellation policies

We require cancellations or rescheduling requests for appointments to be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid a possible cancellation fee. Clients must contact us by phone or email with their name and appointment details.  Exceptions may be considered for emergencies, but clients arriving late to appointments may have their session shortened with the full fee still applicable.

Rights of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who presents a risk to the safety or well-being of our therapists or other clients. This includes but is not limited to clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol, those exhibiting aggressive behavior, etc. We prioritize the safety and comfort of both our clients and therapists and decisions regarding refusal of service are made with this in mind.
